According to Denimblog.com, Kasil Jeans is in the works of designing with former Rachel Zoe associate, Taylor Jacobson in their denim line, “The Workshop by Kasil”. Creative director, David Lim says, “As soon as we met, we found the one thing we have in common is the same idea as far as how we would like the overall jean to look—which is clean, classic, no bells and whistles, just really simple”.
Taylor is incorporating her favorite fit, which is an ultra skinny pant that will be done in four different washes. Eventually they want to venture out to a variety of styles, jackets and dresses, but for right now we can look forward to this denim line coming around!
A pair of Kasil jeans is said to retail for $72.00, which is in an affordable range so I'm excited to see the final product! Taylor has always stood out to me with her dark, grungy style and has inspired me in many ways, as I'm sure she has inspired some of you! Although she is no longer apart of the RZ team, she has become her own freelance stylist in the industry so let's watch out for that as well.
