The last celebrity I heard join a fashion label was Lindsay Lohan for Emmanuel Ungaro and we all know that didn't go so well- she signed on for the project just as quick and she got kicked off! Even though Lindsay's idea's didn't have the best jump off, I am fully confident in SJP. She already has some design experience under her belt via her low-priced line “Bitten” for Steve & Barry’s.
According to online reports, Parker will take on a heavy design role and will likely focus on the second Heritage collection, which recently launched. Parker will also own an equity stake in the firm. Go SJP!
